We are looking for 5 energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Trainees.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a member of our lead generation team, you will be the first point of contact between our firm and potential clients. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Market Research: Identifying potential SMEs and businesses in and around Surat that can benefit from our advisory services.
  • Client Outreach: Engaging with business owners and decision makers via phone, email and professional networking platforms.
  • Advisory Exposure: Learning about our core services, including Debt Syndication, CFO Advisory, Working Capital Management and Project Finance.
  • Pipeline Management: Scheduling meetings for our senior consultants and maintaining an organized database of leads.
  • Communication: Clearly articulating the value of our Business Growth and Turnaround Advisory services to prospective clients.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Fresh Graduates (B.Com, BBA, BMS or related fields preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Strong command of English, Hindi and Gujarati. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners and senior management.
  • Attitude: Proactive, self-driven and eager to learn. We value curiosity over prior experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and a willingness to learn CRM tools.
